Dorset Success
We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been re-awarded the Dorset HIA contract, Dorset Accessible Homes Service including Sight & Hearing Impairment Service, which is a key contract for us and fits with our pillar to grow and thrive.
The new three-year contract starts on 1 September, with options to extend for up to four additional years.
The Dorset contract was our first HIA and TEC contract and so it holds significant importance to our business. In addition to helping retain the contract, the team’s outstanding performance has resulted in several awards from Foundations (the National Body for Home Improvement Agencies in England) as well as achieving TSA accreditation and being highly commended within their ISO45001 audit over the years.
Richard Pearce, Operations Manager, said: “We’ve provided the Dorset HIA service for over seven years and have a great working partnership with Dorset council. By working together we’ve developed and shaped the service to benefit the local people, so I’m pleased that we can continue our work as providers of the service for at least the next three years.”
Lee Davies, Group Commercial and Development Director, said: “I would like to thank Richard and his team for their continued high-performance managing this service on behalf of Dorset Council, making it the success that it is.
“Additionally, I’d like to thank the Dorset team and everyone else across the Millbrook Healthcare Group, who have worked hard to retain this contract so that we can continue to make a difference in people’s lives in Dorset.”
