2 May 2023: Millbrook Healthcare is pleased to announce that has sold Ross Auto Engineering Limited and Consolor Limited – which together form Ross Care, its specialist wheelchair and wheelchair seating division – to Medequip.

The move allows Millbrook Healthcare to focus on providing the equipment, adaptation, and technology solutions to support the NHS’ Home First and Healthcare at Home approach. These provide critical services and solutions that help people to live safely and independently at home for longer. Millbrook Healthcare has the services and expertise to be best in sector, particularly within the rapidly growing technology-enabled care market, where it has established a differentiated preposition and early leadership position.

The partnership with Medequip positions Ross Care and Consolor for continued long-term growth. They will benefit from the dedicated focus and resources that their new partners will provide, to continue their strategic journey.
