Providing vital service on behalf of the NHS and social services

Millbrook Healthcare provides a vital service on behalf of the NHS and social services and our priority is deliver that service safely, for our service users, our colleagues, families and our communities. We understand that during these uncertain times service users may be nervous about letting people in to their homes, therefore we want to reassure you that we’ll be wearing PPE in full, we’ll be using hand sanitiser before and after each interaction as well as following the social distancing rules and keeping two metres away from people.  Prior to an appointment, we’re asking service users that if they have a new cough, a high temperature, loss of taste or smell, or if they’ve been in contact with anyone confirmed to be Coronavirus positive in the last 14 days, that they cancel their appointment.    We’re also asking our service users respect the social distancing rules, to keep everyone safe and in line with the government guidelines.  Our message is that if your equipment needs inspection and maintenance, or if you need to be assessed for new equipment, please keep your appointment as it’s vitally important to your safety and wellbeing, which is important to us and the NHS, who we deliver the service on behalf of.
