I like helping people, so to be doing such important work as a customer service coordinator is amazing. We provide healthcare equipment and services for the NHS and social care to help them around the home or when they’re out and about. I arrange appointments and schedule deliveries and collections of healthcare equipment. Our service users are a pleasure to talk to. People often thank you for your support and attitude, which is really nice.

No two days are the same as it’s such a varied and challenging role with the added value of working within a supportive team. I love it.
