We're here to support you

We can offer you support in a number of ways:

  • Helping you settle back into your home after time spent in hospital or a care setting.
  • Providing a caseworker to help you get a grant or equity release.
  • Helping with your Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) application, including designing a schedule of works, appointing contractors and managing works until completion.

Self-funded home adaptations

We recognise that some customers will not qualify for Local Authority funded grants and may wish to follow the self-funded path for home adaptations. Therefore, to ensure we support everyone with their desire to stay in the home for longer, we also offer a self-pay service for home adaptations from our Adaptive Home Solutions (AHS) service.

“From start to finish we were treated very respectfully. Paul has been a superstar and the contractors were excellent, they kept us informed from day to day and cleaned all the mess away at the end of the day. All in all an excellent service and workmanship. Thank you to all involved.”
