Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Crawshaw
Andrew joined Millbrook Healthcare in May 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in March 2024. Andrew has extensive experience in frontline public sector outsourcing across FTSE 100, SME, and Private Equity owned companies. He has an enduring interest in improving societal health outcomes and brings this focus and passion to his role. Andrew trained with PwC in London, graduated from Cambridge University, and is a ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
Managing Director of Livity Life
Lee Davies
With 20 years of experience in delivering outsourced health and social care services, Lee Davies is the principal architect of Livity Life. Lee has secured over £1.2bn in health and social care contracts and delivered nationally recognized services. Motivated by his personal experience of growing up supporting a disabled family member, Lee is deeply passionate about enabling individuals to live better lives.

Bill Bennetts
Bill joined Millbrook Healthcare in June 2022, bringing extensive expertise in leading technology change within organisations. Before joining Millbrook, Bill led multiple digital transformations and operations in various industries, including Marks and Spencer and Avis Budget Car Hire. His passion lies in building and leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve better business outcomes through the application of technology.
Managing Director of Home Services, Group HR and Governance
Kim Morgan
Kim became part of Millbrook Healthcare in April 2021 as Group Transformation Director and was promoted to Managing Director of Human Resources, Governance, and Home Services in March 2024. She has a rich background in transformation programmes, people change, and value-driven initiatives across private and public sectors, both globally and nationally. Her experience spans FTSE 100 Retail, service/contract outsourcing, consultancy, defence, knowledge & research, regulation, the NHS, and local government. Kim holds a degree from the University of London, is a certified post-graduate performance coach, an executive mentor, and a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner.
Group Finance Director
Tim Jones
Tim, our Group Finance Director, joined Millbrook Healthcare in June 2023. He brings extensive finance leadership and M&A experience across corporate and private equity businesses and is a fellow of the ICAEW. Prior to joining Millbrook Healthcare, Tim amassed over 20 years of experience in senior finance positions across various sectors, including technology, media and telecoms, engineering, and healthcare. Tim is married with two children, lives in Hampshire, and is a keen supporter of Southampton FC. He also serves as a Trustee of a cancer support charity
Managing Director CES
Mathew Inder
Mat has 22 years of experience in commissioned services and has been a key member of the Millbrook Group for over 14 years. Throughout his tenure, he has driven positive change in production, quality assurance, business processes, and continuous improvement. In 2021, Mat was appointed Operations Director, and in his recent promotion to Managing Director for Community Equipment Services (CES), he brings a grassroots understanding of the business alongside a clear vision for growth and improvement. Mat’s extensive operational and commercial leadership experience, combined with his positive outlook, is inspiring new ambition and direction within the CES division.
Director of Supply Chain
Paul Maidment
Paul joined Millbrook Healthcare in October 2022 as a Business Consultant and was promoted to Director of Supply Chain in March 2024. He has held senior financial roles in the aerospace, petrochemical, and regional newspaper industries. Recently, Paul has focused on business change improvements and system implementations. He is passionate about helping Millbrook Healthcare navigate economic challenges within the community equipment environment. Paul trained as an accountant and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. In his leisure time, Paul enjoys watching Southampton football matches and has shares in several racehorses.
