Feedback is an important part of the learning process and knowing when we are doing well is equally as helpful as knowing when things go wrong. It can help boost morale and motivation, but also helps us to replicate things that are working well across the company as well as to learn from those that aren’t.

Raising concerns
Any concerns that you may have are, in most cases, best dealt with as soon as they arise. We encourage you to raise any concern you have to a member of staff in the first instance, as they may be able to sort out the problem straight away.

Making a complaint
If you, or a service user you represent, have not received the level of service you expect from us, then we want you to tell us. By doing so, you can help us get to the bottom of the problem quickly and effectively.
We take complaints very seriously, all complaints are treated in the strictest of confidence and we always aim to resolve them quickly and, where possible, correct any mistake straight away.
