Feedback

Your feedback is vitally important in helping us to improve

Feedback is an important part of the learning process and knowing when we are doing well is equally as helpful as knowing when things go wrong. It can help boost morale and motivation, but also helps us to replicate things that are working well across the company as well as to learn from those that aren’t.

If you are pleased with the service you have received or if you have any suggestions about how we can improve our services, we would really like to hear from you – please get in touch with us via email at [email protected].

Alternatively, please click the button below to complete our Customer Satisfaction Survey – please do not share any sensitive or medically related information in your response.

Concerns and complaints

Raising concerns or making a complaint

Any concerns that you may have are, in most cases, best dealt with as soon as they arise.

If you, or a service user you represent, have not received the level of service you expect from us, then we want you to tell us. By doing so, you can help us get to the bottom of the problem quickly and effectively.

If you would like to raise a concern or complaint , please speak to a member of staff at your local service centre, contact information for all of our service centres can be found by clicking the button below.

We take complaints very seriously, all complaints are treated in the strictest of confidence and we always aim to resolve them quickly and, where possible, correct any mistake straight away.
