What services do we provide? 

Chester and Cheshire West, Cheshire East Integrated Community Equipment Service provides a range equipment designed to help the independence of service users, support care needs and aid transfer back home from hospital to people of all ages in the community setting, including residential homes and nursing homes.

Millbrook Healthcare provides this service on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester, Cheshire East & Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group. 

The equipment available to support you and your carers covers activities such as:

  • Bathing and toileting needs.
  • Pressure care
  • Community nursing beds
  • Mobility
  • Moving and handling equipment

Millbrook Healthcare is responsible for:

  • The delivery and installation of the equipment.
  • Maintenance and repair of equipment during use.
  • Collection of the equipment when no longer required.

Accessing the service

To access the service for the first time, please speak with a healthcare professional that you are currently involved with or contact your local Adult Social Care department.
