What services do we provide?
Our service is provided to people of all ages in the community setting, including residential homes and nursing homes. We cover the East Sussex County Council boundary for those with health or social care needs, or for those with health needs who reside outside of the boundary, but who are registered with an NHS East Sussex GP.
The service includes delivery and installation, servicing and maintenance, and collection of equipment that has been ordered by a prescriber, GP, nurse, therapist or a social services provider. We also make adaptations to people’s homes. Our customer service team is here to help you. You can contact them by telephone, email, text, fax, post, minicom or NGT Relay (formerly TypeTalk). Please let us know if you need a translator, or our literature in other languages.

If you need to contact us in an emergency or outside of our opening hours please call the service centre contact number above which will automatically divert to our out-of-hours team who will be able to help you.
