The service is provided to people of all ages in the community setting, including residential homes and nursing homes. We cover the Milton Keynes boundary for those with health or social care needs, or for those with health needs who reside outside of the boundary, but who are registered with an NHS Milton Keynes GP.
The service includes delivery and installation, servicing and maintenance, and collection of equipment that has been ordered by a prescriber, GP, nurse, therapist or a social services provider.

This site allows residents of Milton Keynes who have difficulty within their own home to self-assess their needs and choose the right equipment to help them. Following completion of the assessment a range of products will be recommended which are available on long term loan whilst you are a resident of Milton Keynes from Adult Social Care.
