Q&A with Mat Inder

As we gear up for the NAEP Conference 2025, we caught up with Mat Inder, Managing Director of CES at Millbrook Healthcare, to talk about why this event matters, what Millbrook will be showcasing, and how we’re continuing to innovate in the delivery of community equipment and wheelchair services.

Mat, why is Millbrook Healthcare exhibiting at the NAEP Conference 2025?

The NAEP Conference is one of the most significant gatherings for professionals in community equipment services and healthcare. It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase the innovations we’re delivering at Millbrook and to engage directly with the people shaping the future of our industry. We’re committed to supporting independent living, and NAEP is the perfect platform to highlight our progress and our partnerships.

What will Millbrook be highlighting at this year’s event?

This year, we’re putting a spotlight on our end-to-end CES solutions, including how we’re using data-driven insights and user-centric design to transform service delivery. A key highlight for us is the return of wheelchair services to Millbrook. We’re incredibly proud to once again provide this vital service, which plays such an important role in supporting independence and quality of life. We’ll also be discussing how we’re integrating technology into community equipment services to improve outcomes for both prescribers and service users.

How does attending NAEP align with Millbrook’s wider mission?

Our mission is to help people live independently, safely, and with dignity. NAEP brings together the NHS, local authorities, and suppliers, all key players in that shared mission. It’s a chance to learn, to share best practices, and to advocate for service improvements across the board. Being present at NAEP reinforces our role as both a leader and a listener in the sector.

What are you most looking forward to at the conference?

I’m looking forward to reconnecting with peers and partners but also hearing directly from clinicians and frontline teams about their challenges and aspirations. That feedback is vital. We’re also excited to see how others are innovating, and where we can collaborate to move the sector forward.

Any final message for those attending NAEP 2025?

Stop by the Millbrook Healthcare stand – 27! Whether you’re a commissioner, a clinician, or just curious about what’s next in CES, we’d love to talk. Together, we can drive positive change across the community healthcare landscape.
