Across all of our contracts, we work closely with our commissioning colleagues to design, tailor and continuously improve the local service, within the boundaries of legislation and national standards. We deliver the best possible outcomes for users, whilst optimising the available funding.

Just some of the activities we carry out include

  • clinical assessment
  • delivery and collection
  • decontamination
  • equipment recycling
  • PAT and LOLER testing
  • minor adaptations
  • telecare installation and monitoring
  • repair and refurbishment

Our adaptability and flexibility received widespread compliments from commissioners and prescribers, as do our highly trained, empathetic, user-focussed teams.

Can I just send a heartfelt thanks to you for the fabulousness that was Pete Stretton and his team on Friday 27th May.

At 15:21 we had the delights, after many days of chasing the order through our usual systems, of staring down the barrel of having no Wheeled Zimmer Frames for QA over the Bank Holiday weekend.

My call to your staff was the ‘random call of the day’, as I called the helpline, and after some negotiation and some very helpful staff your end, I was put through to Pete who was a breath of fresh air. 30 frames turned up before 16:00 which did somewhat save us. The delivery driver even apologised for the state of the bam, which frankly looked significantly cleaner than my own car.

All gents concerned, on the phones and in person, were incredibly understanding and useful and basically saved our bacon. If I could order all my frames through you, I would, and I’ve tried but let’s not get into the delights of procurement!

Pete’s card is pinned to my notice board, with anyone who removes it threatened with a very painful death… and let’s face it, we are Physios… we know how to do pain!
