What services do we provide? 

Our service is provided to people of all ages in the community setting, including residential homes and nursing homes. We cover the West Sussex County Council boundary for those with health or social care needs, or for those with health needs who reside outside of the boundary, but who are registered with an NHS West Sussex GP.

The service includes delivery and installation, servicing and maintenance, and collection of equipment that has been ordered by a prescriber, GP, nurse, therapist or a social services provider.

Out-of-hours service

If you need to contact us in an emergency or outside of our opening hours please call the service centre contact number above which will automatically divert to our out-of-hours team who will be able to help you.
