What service we provide

The service is provided to people of all ages in the community setting, including residential homes and nursing homes. We cover the Warwickshire boundary for those with health or social care needs, or for those with health needs who reside outside of the boundary, but who are registered with an NHS Warwickshire GP.

The service includes delivery and installation, servicing and maintenance, and collection of equipment that has been ordered by a prescriber, GP, nurse, therapist or a social services provider. We also make adaptations to people’s homes. We are also able to receive personal callers who can view, try out and purchase equipment from our retail and demonstration suite based at the service centre. Our customer service team is here to help you. You can contact them by telephone, email, text, fax, post, minicom or NGT Relay (formerly TypeTalk). Please let us know if you need a translator, or our literature in other languages.
