I like helping people, so to be doing such important work as a customer service coordinator is amazing. We provide healthcare equipment and services for the NHS and social care to help them around the home or when they’re out and about. I arrange appointments and schedule deliveries and collections of healthcare equipment. Our service users are a pleasure to talk to. People often thank you for your support and attitude, which is really nice.
We receive support and training and have the best systems and processes in place to make sure our service users get the equipment they need, on time. It’s a really fulfilling role and I’ve learnt a lot of new skills.
