... of a Warehouse Operative
As a Warehouse Operative my role involves the management, inspection, cleaning, recycling, repair and storage of our healthcare equipment. We have thousands of items tracked on our IT system for distribution to our service users on behalf of the NHS and social care organisations.
The equipment helps our service users live more independently, so it’s important work and I can take pride in knowing that what I do is valued by a lot of people. We work closely as a team and occasionally if there is extra demand, I help with delivering equipment. The warehouse team is great and it’s nice to know I’m doing something worthwhile.
